In the event my application is approved, I agree as a condition to membership to complete, on my own initiative, and thoroughly familiarize myself with the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, including the duty to arbitrate business disputes in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of the Board and the Constitution Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the above named Board, the State Association and the National Association. I further agree that my act of paying dues shall evidence my initial and continuing commitment to abide by the Code of Ethics, Constitutions, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and duty to arbitrate, all as from time to time amended. Finally, I consent that and authorize the Board, through its Membership Committee, or otherwise to invite and receive information and comment about me from any Member or other person, and I agree that any information and comment furnished to the Board by any Member or other person in response to such invitation shall conclusively deemed to be privileged and not form the basis of any action by me for slander, libel, or defamation of character.

NOTE: Applicant acknowledges that if accepted as a Member and she/he subsequently resigns or is expelled from membership in the Board with an ethics complaint or arbitration request pending, the Board of Directors may condition renewal of membership upon applicant’s verification that she/he will submit to the pending ethics or arbitration proceeding and will abide by the decision of the Hearing Panel; of if applicant resigns or is expelled from membership upon his/her payment of the award, plus any costs that have previously been established as due and payable in relation thereto, provided that the award and such costs have not, in the interim been otherwise satisfied.

To the Florida Keys M.L.S., Inc: I have read my Designated REALTOR's® copy and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Service and the By-Laws of the State and National Association as they now exist or may be hereafter amended, and I agree to adhere to the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS, including the duty to arbitrate controversies arising out ofreal estate transactions as defined in the procedures of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® arbitration manual I further understand that my Designated REALTOR's® Membership in the Florida Keys MLS, Inc. is a requirement for me to be entitled to use the computerized programs of the Service and to purchase products offered by the Florida Keys M.L.S., Inc.. I understand that allowing someone who is not a Participant/Subscriber member or Service Recipient of this MLS to use my identification number or to use any product that I purchase from the Florida Keys M.L.S., Inc is a severe violation of the Rules and Regulations and may subject me to substantial fines and possible revocation of my privileges. There is an initial, one-time application fee of $300.00 due atthe time ofsubmission. In addition, I understand that the access fee, which is based on the below proration schedule, willbe deducted and approved by me with the credit card provided below ($740 will be billed annually in advance in October. I hereby apply for AFFILIATE membership in the Florida Keys Board of Realtors®, Inc., enclosing my payment in the amount of $200.00 ($100 application fee/$100 annual fee) for 2026. This amount is to be returned to me in the event of non-election. In the event of my election, I consent and authorize the Florida Keys Board of Realtors® Inc., (FKBR) through its Membership Committee or otherwise to invite and receive information and comment about me from any Member of other person, and I agree that any information and comment furnished to the FKBR by any member or other person to any such invitation shall be conclusively deemed to be privileged and not form the basis of any action by me for slander, libel or defamation of character. MLS access shall be supplied to the broker/appraiser upon payment of the fees as listed above, as well as the fees listed on the MLS subscriber application. The broker/appraiser must join as an “MLS subscriber”, as well, to receive MLS access. Brokers must join before any agents in their office receive access. The broker may assign access to licensed agents employed by or affiliated with an independent contractor (including licensed or certified appraisers) with the broker who has access to and who utilizes the service. The broker/appraiser/agent will submit a separate application along with a $300 application fee, in addition to the yearly access fees (based on the proration fee schedule listed on the MLS subscriber application), which is billed directly to user.
